UL Type C LED U-Bend Lamps are the most energyefficient, reliable and dimmable solution for replacing fluorescent tubes in T8 U-bend troffers. Designed to provide uniform illumination from end-to-end, the lamps are powered by a matching external driver for 1- or 2-lamp luminaires. To install the lamps, the fluorescent ballast is removed from the fixture and the driver is connected to the sockets instead of the mains voltage, providing optimal long-term performance, safety and reliability. The lamps may be paired with an emergency battery back-up unit (sold separately) that provides 90 minutes of power to keep lamps illuminated during power failures.
