Made-to-Order Products — Cancellation Policy:

**Once a made-to-order item has been released to the manufacturer or factory for production, processing, or procurement, the order cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.** At that point, we have made a commitment to the manufacturer on the customer’s behalf, and the order may have already entered production or fulfillment.
Cancellation requests for made-to-order products may only be considered **before the order is released to the manufacturer**. A cancellation is not effective unless it has been confirmed by us in writing.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product specifications, dimensions, configurations, quantities, and other order details before placing an order. If you are unsure whether an item is considered made-to-order or whether your order has been released to the manufacturer, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Payment Terms We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for online processing. We do accept company and personal checks for payment. All checks will be cashed prior to shipping of any products. We can also ship UPS COD with all COD costs paid by the purchaser. We do not offer any extended terms for purchases from the site. All products ordered must be paid for in full prior to shipping
